I specialize in smaller non-emergency repairs and improvements. Typically I schedule out about two weeks unless I have a cancellation. Give me your honey do list and I will take care of all those repairs needed on your house. Houses are a lot of work and deferring maintenance, such as painting and leak repair, can end up costing you a lot more money down the road. Don't wait any longer. INDOORS

• Drywall patch and painting

• Rescreening windows and sliding doors
